The tire price was good. However I discovered on a car trip shortly after the tire installation that one wheel had 3 of the 5 lugnuts only finger tight. Call me crazy, but I think if you're a tire place, torqueing all the lugnuts down is "basic service". Fortunately I spotted it - you might not be so lucky. Buyer beware...

It wouldbe easier to check in to the ER than to get an oil change here. By the time you tell them everything but the VIN# you find out the mechanic may not be intelligent enough to know the engine size and they don't carry the oil filter.

Horrible. Had an appt at 4:30pm. Was on time like I should be. They finally pulled my car in at 6pm. The employee didn't even offer an apology when asked why it was taking so long. Just made excuses.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went here in an emergency situation because I got a bad flat on my 2023 ZL1 and I was there for over an hour and a half while they attempted to get my tire off only to have them tell me that they couldn't get it off with their machine so they were going to patch it from the outside and shoot tire slime inside it. After they got done I noticed they damaged my rim so I went in the next morning to talk to a manager about it and of course the tech was saying it was like that before he touched it. I filed a claim for damage against them and spent over an hour on hold and nobody ever answered my call so I left a message and nobody called me back either. This is my story I had just got baptized and some church friends had just gotten pulled over for speeding and they needed my mom to drive them home and so we as soon as my mom left my dad was driving and he noticed the tire was wrong and had just flatten and luckily a shrieff was behind us so they called backup to try and fix our tire and they just told us to go to the nearest tire place but in my mind I remembered that Walmart has a tire place I called the place and a nice lady answered and I told her what had happen she told us as soon as we get here we could get it fix and the people who were helping us were so sweet honestly I’m thankful for this place awesome service and the tires got fixed.
