Walmart Auto Care Center

We went in to get our tire looked at because it's been leaking air. The car was checked in at 10:55am. They told us it was going to be about 2.5 to 3 hours. We went and did our shopping and walked around for a while. Came back around 1pm. I wasn't feeling well so I had someone come pick me and our child up while my husband stayed behind to wait for the car. Up until this point the only update we'd gotten on his phone was that the car had been checked in at 10:55am. My husband waited and waited...... by 4pm he decided he was going to cancel so he goes to the counter and tells them he wants to cancel and get the keys back. They look at the paperwork and say it was canceled hours ago. No updates, no phone calls..... they didn't even bother to tell him, as he had been sitting in the auto area

Ordered tires and had them sent there. Tires arrived early and had them mount and balance. Tires were done correctly. The issues I have is 1. It took 1 1/2 hrs AFTER my car was in the bay to have 2 Tires installed and 2. The immediately put the hood up on my car. When I asked why, I was told they are required to test the battery on every car. They are upselling batteries. I never gave them permission to go into the engine of my car. I was there to have Tires installed. I have had issues since with all my idiot lights flashing. I was also told my service light was on. It's not. My CHECK ENGINE Light is on as I have an exhaust leak at the manifold. I don't want some numnut in my engine that can't tell the difference between a service light and engine light touching my car. 11/3/2025 This is the most unprofessional place I've ever been. The gentlemen who helped me find the battery I needed was great. The lady who rung me up.wad no where to be found until the 3rd time we rang the bell. About 15 minutes. The entire time I waited the crew in the shop sounded like they were having a party. The staff out there were hooping and hollering like nursery school children. The female out there was incredibly loud shouting over and over. If this was my staff everyone in the shop would have been written up. I hope they do better work than the way they represent Walmart. Disgraceful!!!!!!!

I set a 2:30 appointment to get my oil change and they didn’t get my car ready till 3:30. So I had to end up leaving without an oil change. Makes sense why it’s a cheaper option because they have 0 efficiency. Would not recommend unless you are willing to wait 2 hours to get your oil changed.

I called this damn auto care department for 20 minutes straight and NO ONE ANSWERED. I called EVERY department in the whole damn store and NOBODY would answer the phone in the entirety of Walmart. When someone in the back Finally answers in the middle of me speaking they put on me on hold and hang up on me within 30 seconds of being on hold. If you don’t want to do your job the don’t work there but it is unacceptable unprofessional and unnecessary that I had to call that store for more that’s 20 minutes straight and NOBODY ANSWERED. Now I will come up there my self with the same attitude that every worker in this dirty Walmart gave me.
