Walmart Auto Care Center

I walked in to get an oil change and they said it would be done in 30 to 45 minutes, it took them 2 1/2 hours. The staff was rude And was not updating at all. Also, I nicely asked the person at the desk about any sort of compensation and he gave me nothing. I also asked him to ask the manager, and the manager said nothing. Very disappointed.

Had really good experience today with getting tires on my car here. But I also wasn’t pressed for time. I ordered my tires and paid for everything beforehand and had an appt for 11. My car was ready at 12:30 but like I said I wasn’t pressed for time so this was fine with me and the only reason I am giving 4/5 stars. Easy and painless. Guy at the counter was super nice and reminds me of Denzel Washington if you ordered him from Temu.

Worst customer service ever and evonne the coach was no help! 4 hours to out tires on. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The only good thing in the order was Tom in automotive he was nice and tried to help

With a scheduled appointment oil change took about 3 hours. Service department is always short staffed and closing early.

I knew better, one star for me thinking Walmart was a good Idea. Tommie in Auto Care is fantastic and deserves 5 stars but the crew outside can't follow simple directions and complete a job right the first time.
