Walmart Auto Care Center

I waited 5 days to get my oil changed here. Told em what car I had . Showed up and 15 minutes later a guy comes in and asks the front clerk what to do since they don’t have the filter and tells him they’ll have to reschedule. A minute later I get a text that my appointment was cancelled. Lady comes up and says she got a text a few days ago that they’re replacing a certain number of filters. 3 guys standing there knew nothing about it. One guy getting ready to punch in after Itold him had attitude and was like pheeeea see ya later. REALLY! Why didn’t the manager do his job and tell all his employees about this so when an appointment is set up they will know that a filter is not available so THEY DONT WASTE PEOPLE’S TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was easy to setup a tire installation appointment and chose the tires I wanted to purchase. My tires were shipped and ready to install at the Walmart of my choice which was super convenient. The team was awesome replaced all of my tires and double checked everything was good after as well. I highly recommend getting new tires here I purchased the same tires I had before General Exclaim HPX Tires 🛞

The price is excellent I barely waited for my oil to be changed this time. It says they checked my air in my tires, they did not. I was watching them the whole time.

Don't Do It! I scheduled three appointments to replace my TPMS Tire Pressure Monitoring System. Called ahead of time to make sure they had them in stock, they said yes, however After I waiting over an hour each time the mechanics said they were out of stock. Call me crazy for going back three times, but I thought surely this cant happen three times in a row??? but yes it did!!! This reminds me of a third world country, I ended up going to the wall-mart auto center in Orange, and they had it done in 30 minutes, worth the drive, please go anywhere but here.

Scheduled routine maintenance a week in advance and checked in as normal. Then waited an hour and a half, only to be told they did not have what they needed to complete. I'd understand if it was a walk in, but Walmart had a week to prepare. They wasted my time and I will NOT be going back.
