I arrived for my scheduled oil change appointment and requested a tire rotation as well, assuming it would take around 30–60 minutes, which is standard for basic maintenance. After waiting for nearly two hours, I checked on the status and was then told it would require another two hours. That means a 4+ hour wait for a basic oil change and tire rotation — without being given any accurate estimate upfront. If this was going to take that long, I should have been informed at check-in so I could plan accordingly. Keeping a customer waiting for hours without proper communication is very poor service and very unprofessional. This experience shows a serious lack of scheduling and customer service management.

i dont have the option for zero star so i am giving 1 star they make me wait for 4 hours and told me they dont have a fit for my car. why they dont say that when they checked my car and they even broke my oil cap and say it is safe to drive and ask me to take my car. after having a long discussion they agree to replace my oil cap at their cost but they dont have one in the store so they make me wait for another 2 hours so they can oder one from autozone and replace with mine! I think the mechanic doesnot have knowledge what they are doing! dont visit here if you love your vaichels!

Would leave 0 if it was possible. Called 12/5/25 asking if they would replace dodge avenger battery. Made sure to specify it was behind the wheel well. Was vehemently told yes, that they replace batteries all over the car. Booked an appt. Came 12/10 for appt. Checked in, assistant tried to charge me again when I paid online. Waited AN HOUR to hear that they don’t install them. Their “experienced” technician who has 10+ years as a mechanic couldn’t do it. No recourse, no recommendation for how they were going to rectify outside of a damn gift card.

DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE! You might save a few bucks, but will pay much more in the long term due to their incompetence. They said, after having my car for over 30 minutes, they could not change my oil since my car did not have a dip stick. This is the sixth time I had them change the oil in this car??? And, the video below clearly shows a dip stick!

We came, We Shopped, and We ate while waiting on a Oil Change. Took about 45 minutes, however we do not know when they were finished. We were never called and told our service was complete. We were satisfied!
