Walmart Auto Care Center

Got there for my oil change appointment time, guy checked me in and said I was good, took my keys and told me to wait around. 1.5 Hrs later I go up to ask about my car and some guy says a ticket was never even generated and says “I thought you just left.” How could I have left without my keys? They didn’t even check. About a 3.5 hour endeavor of just getting my oil changed and they weren’t even busy. I will never go back here.

I would recommend this place to anybody. These guys just saved my weekend. Broke down 100 miles from home on a day with nothing else open. Nobody had a clue, until I came here. This crew is the best in Winchester, maybe even Kentucky.

Called yesterday to confirm hours of operation. Was assured they would be open at 7am. Almost 8 am and nobody has opened the still locked door and surprise there is no answer when you call the number repeatedly. Very disappointing practice of business. It’s not like getting new tires is important or anything….oh wait safety while driving IS important to some of us. Will not be recommending or trying again. If this is any indication of the service I’ll receive should an issue arise, I’ll pass. Way to drop the ball Walmart.

This Walmart tire center is pretty average, I left a 4-star review due to the lack of answering the phone (they are very severely understaffed), which leads to longer wait times or even repeat visits if they are too busy when walking in if you don't have an appointment. But overall, I've never had an issue with this tire center, aside from the understaffing issue. I would HIGHLY recommend making an appointment, if possible, rather than walking in.

Josh and Team at Wal-Mart in Winchester are the BEES' KNEES. My tire? Flat. What did they do? Installed a brand new one along with wipers. Told them we had mere minutes from attending a play and they stepped to the task proficiently. Leaving this as I sit at said play many minutes before the curtain. Awesome job!
