Walmart Auto Care Center

My car suffered an oil explosion because the mechanic accidentally forgot to put the oil cap back on. No big deal, the manager apologized and offered to have the messed cleaned up. After a 30 minute cleaning I get back home and see this...look at the photos for yourself. I’m not sure why it took 30 minutes for my car to be returned to me in pretty much the same condition as there is still oil everywhere. I wasn't mad at all for an honest mistake, but now I am upset for having my time wasted. I should have stayed home and cleaned it myself. I wasn't going to complain about the oil in my car, on my steering wheel and arm rest, but I might as well add that to my complaint now because that type of mess is completely avoidable by changing gloves. Had a 1:30 oil change appointment. Waited over an hour and looked outside and my car never moved. "They never took it inside" they said. I just took my keys and went to Valvoline

Had my tire appointment cancelled out of nowhere, called the store 20+ times over several days and not one person picked up

Some Walmarts don’t have appointments, but this one requires an appointment for an oil change. The employee couldn’t have been happier to disappoint me and offer me the opportunity to schedule an appointment during the work week for a simple oil change. Employees gain happiness by causing customer disappointment. Do better.

The pickup service is the worst in all of America at this store. People are always upset about their items being late. They are unusually late. You can wait up to an hour and a half, with one slow worker. That's what happens.
