Walmart Auto Care Center

Called in & made an appointment to get a new set of tires for my truck. Drive 25 minutes to get the tires put on. They didn't have the tires when I got there. Said it'd be 3 days to get the tires. Why would you make an appointment if you didn't have the tires?

Bought two tires and had them installed. The service was great and I was in and out within an hour. 👍👍👍

Had tires replaced at a different Walmart and got the coverage for potential repair. Took my car to this auto center. When I came to drop it off, there was only one guy at the counter with several needing service so it took at least 20 minutes for him to get to me. I explained two of my tires were losing air and I wanted to utilize the coverage to have them inspected and repaired. I said if they both have the same problem then I wanted the other two checked as well. He said, “I better just put down the two passenger side tires because if I put down all four the guys won’t really check them like they should” and that he would “keep an eye on them and make sure they check all four.” I didn’t even know what to say to that and left after finishing the check-in. The good: they have a nice, clean, big tire auto service facility. The newer employee at front desk is personable and helps. As of two days of owning new Cooper Tires having them installed there all good. The areas to improve: their system was down so I didn't get proration discount from tires I bought their last. The installer had a foul mouth and shared it with all who were at the customer desk and had a foul one side conversation with the uninterested newer employee who was trying to ignore him. I had to find and contact Cooper Tires myself to initiate a mfg discount that Walmart should've done.

Everything was good but they forgot to put back on 2 of my rim center caps
