Walmart Supercenter

Easy to find. Plenty of parking. The cashier, Linda, was very friendly, personable, professional. The greeter, Dan, was nice. All around good experience. I was there between 11:15 & 11:45. My first time at that store and it's well laid out and visibly marked for all items and departments.

I went to Walmart on Thursday night 1-15-26. I dealt with Christine at customer service. She needs additional customer service training, she has no clue on how to treat long time dedicated customers who are attempting to make a return. I was returning some drinks and she refused to help me, give me a refund or store credit. Blamed it on the cash register. I asked to speak to a manager and I had to insist on getting someone else to help me. The young lead cashier was friendly and helpful and approved the return but again Christine refused to do what he had asked which was to give me a store credit. Above and Beyond: Huge Thanks to Elaine in Menswear I recently had an absolutely outstanding customer service experience at my local Walmart, and I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Elaine in the Menswear department. Elaine truly went above and beyond the service expected. I was shopping for a hard-to-fit pair of jeans for my father and was completely lost trying to navigate the various cuts and sizes. When I approached Elaine, she was instantly courteous and helpful. She didn't just point me in the right direction; she took the time to listen to exactly what I needed. She demonstrated incredible knowledge about the inventory, focusing on different fits, cuts, and the nuances of denim sizing. Sick and tired of this Walmart. Tired of the secret shoppers following me around. Today was a dreadful experience. Mind you have been coming here for about 7 years. One time there Employee said we had paid and said we were fine after asking him 20 times are you are and we were let out. In the end the charge didn’t go thru. (Mind you there stupid scan and go never works. The MAIN cause of this. After that incident we are treated like thiefs. It wasn’t intentional and it was YOUR EMPLOYEES FAULT. And maybe instead of treating us like crap ask us what happened I’ll happily take my business to the Walmart on 44th

So close Walmart… so close. Walking into the store I was taken back at how modern it felt (for Walmart standards) the store looked great. Products were neatly stocked. It was an absolute pleasure getting what I needed. Effortless interaction. Then I got to the check out. No greeting. Holding my phone I asked if they do “tap to pay”, well aware that some places do not, no big deal. But then Linda proceeded to educate me that “Walmart will never do tap to pay because they don’t like Apple” I pointed at the NFC symbol on my credit card in an attempt to explain that that tap to pay is a standard contactless payment system independent of “Apple”. Yet a futile effort. This employee was adamantly and tenaciously anti Apple and seems like her opinion of her own employer was feeling lack luster. It
