Walmart Supercenter

Store is well laid out, and considering how many people go through the store every day, the cleaning crew does an amazingly good job of making the interior look good. Generally the merchandise is well stocked and displayed, and shelves seem to be well-filled overall. I have the store layout in my mind, and my shopping list is arranged by aisle, so shopping is easy and efficient. Fortunately, items STAY PUT in location, and unlike grocery stores which move items around, this Walmart does not seem to do that. The manager deserves a big thank you for making THIS WALMART clean, pleasant and efficient for the customer....ME!

I would never trust going into this store ever again. The cashier has no customers service at all and would not even say hello and very rude. All employees in this store needs to go through customer service training like Hy-Vee. A warm hello and a have a nice day greeting will lighten people day. 1 star survey was also sent

I noticed the employees and Managment were following me as if I was a suspect. Did not enjoy my shopping experience here as brief as it was. this is not the only location that has done this. If they are going to be stalking people they should make it less obvious and annoying. I felt harassed by their plain presence.

Update 3-3-2023 I stopped at this location again, and it was a different experience. The items were stocked, and checkout lines went fast. The store changed the checkouts to more self checkout, and the other checkouts had 2 smaller checkouts instead of one. The staff were very friendly. It was still hard to find things since things were moved around, but a better experience. I will shop earlier, it seems to be better then later in the day Previous experience I have been coming here for years, and every time I shop here, it gets worse. I think today really put the icing on the cake. Walmart, in general, is a great place to shop. I have visited numerous Walmarts all over, and everyone is slightly different. This particular one has lost my respect. I'm trying to shop here, and several areas

Like most other Walmarts - pressuring you to get into self check-out lanes and super hard to find staff that can help you find stuff. And apparently the 6- or 10-foot rule they used to have is dead.
