Walmart Supercenter

This has become my new favorite Walmart. I ordered for pickup and the team was exceptionally quick during a busy time. Very friendly. I've also received assistance setting up my Walmart Pay account when I went inside from one of the CSR at the scan and pay checkout. Everyone was really helpful at this location.

It is so stupid that Walmart locks up an $18 pack of underwear and an associate has to walk it up to a register just to check out. This is unacceptable customer service. If you were getting something like a cell phone out of electronics I understand but this is ridiculous.

Created a return for an item ordered online proceeded to this location to complete return as I am a Walmart plus member I proceeded to the ease of access pick up drop off for the return in the app. It did not give me the option to check in, so I contacted the number on the placard and made contact with an associate who explained if I do not check in he cannot help me and hung up the phone. I then proceeded to the 1-800 number online to reach a customer service representative who I explained everything to. He also made contact with the store who hung up on him twice back to back. Shortly after the supposed store Manager came out and stated that he would need me to check in or he can’t help me. I shop at this Walmart quite often And also the Pineville neighborhood market and they always have everything I need so I am in and out quickly which matters to me. And their prices are amazing. I highly recommend Walmart to anyone who needs anything in their future because they probably have it.

I had an easy time finding my items. The supervisor at the register was very helpful with an item I had. The employees were nice and the ambiance was calm in the store. The store was really clean.
