You should not charge $125.00 to use your scanner and still get the work, that fee should be waved if customers agree for you to do work needed, my truck was there twice and you charged me 975.00, my truck is doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it in the first time, I’m now inconvenienced to bring it to another shop, if they find issues with what Walts did, I will be disputing my bill with you through my credit card company. This is what their hack mechanics didn’t see, are you kidding me, replaced part that didn’t need replacing, squirrels in my engine compartment and Walts mechanics didn’t see this, unreal! DO NOT USE THESE HACKS

Got me in quickly for a wheel hub replacement. Repair was completed quickly. Quote was clearly communicated and final price was exactly what was quoted. Additional work I was aware of being needed was recommended, but not pushed. Price was within the range expected, but on the higher side of that range, though the quick appointment and speedy completion made it worth the little bit of extra cost vs other shops I had shopped. Overall, a good value, especially considering the customer service.

They always do a great job with my car, I’ve mostly gotten oil changes. There’s occasionally oil marks on the car where maybe they placed their hand but it’s nothing I can’t clean off. They are quick to get my car in to be seen and just as quick to get the car back. They don’t harass about picking the car up right away, they don’t overcharge or do work without permission and they let me know what I would need to pass inspection. (They even offered to do my tag IF I didn’t have the issues I have)

I always come to Walt’s for my oil changes, stickers, tires—pretty much everything—and the customer service is always great. The team is quick, professional, and reliable every time. They make the whole process easy, and I appreciate how well they take care of my car. Highly recommend!

Went in for an unexpected front brake pads, rotors and calipers job. They took me the same afternoon and I saw a steady stream of customers; some of us were waiting in chairs. Everyone was treated with professionalism and politeness and the people working behind the desk were nice to talk to. The price was good, the parts being jacked up by the Administration's tarrifs - what isn't these days?! - and the work was thorough and priced very fairly. Highly recommend.
