My wife and I purchased a 2017 Acura MDX with 120k miles from Tommy at Walt’s Motors less than a week ago, and it has already been a nightmare. Within days of bringing the vehicle home, the starter failed. The vehicle also has severely pulsating/bad rotors that should have been addressed before sale. We have tried reaching out multiple times regarding these issues and have not received proper responses to our text messages. When I finally spoke to Tommy and told him about the rotors on the phone because he wouldn’t reply to text messages. He tells me the rotors are not covered only the brake pads because the brake pads are a safety issue and the rotors aren’t. That is bogus. I had an amazing experience at this dealership from start to finish. Tommy was very professional and knowledgeable. He made whole buying situation minimum stressful. Communication was on high level. I highly recommend to go check this dealership

Just bought a car there today! Nick (owner) Tommy (manager) were extremely nice, helpful and honest. Paperwork was quick and easy, no hidden games! Not to mention, it was a beautiful truck! After the paperwork, while I watched, they put it on a lift to check it out, replaced the rear brakes. Completely up front. Strong recommend!

We just purchased a car from Walt’s and we were very pleased with the service. Tom, the manager was so pleasant, informative, kind and extremely efficient! They have some really nice cars that are affordable; if you’re looking for a new car, check them out, I highly recommend!

I stopped in on Thursday test drove a Nissan rogue I really liked it. I talked for a while with the salesman Matt. He assured me that they can guarantee financing and they’ll make the numbers work for me later on. I stopped there with my wife and daughter and let him know that I really wanted it And that I had 1500 to put down and he guaranteed me that that would work. He said it was after five so I’m gonna have to wait and he’ll give me a call at 9 o’clock Friday morning 9 o’clock came and gone at 10 o’clock. I called him. He said he was going back-and-forth to the banks to make the numbers work for me and he’ll give me a call back in an hour well 2 1/2 hours go by And I call him back to see how it’s going. He said he’s got one bank was willing to offer me financing, but they want 3000 do
