My mother in law recently had a 2 week hospital stay and needed rehab at a skilled nursing facility to regain her strength and get PT , Speech and OT. The speech therapist and OT did their jobs very well. The Speech therapist was particularly kind and professional. The DON and Social services did meet with us and try to help us with some issues that occurred with the appeal we needed to file once Medicare Advantage refused to authorize care beyond 7 days. Other than that we do not have anything good to say. The family was present with my mother in law all day every day and we were not impressed with the food, the responsiveness to the call bell, or the general initiative of the staff tasked with her care. Absolutely Horrible employees with negligence, lies, cover ups, what competent director of nursing and nurse practitioner would let a 92 year old unresponsive woman sit in her chair all day with trembling and when the family wanted to send her to the hospital, director of nursing and nurse practitioner said she didn't need to go, we'll sadly my mother passed away, Not one person from the facility had the decency to call, NOT FINISHED WITH THIS SITUATION BY FAR

A caring, friendly place to live. I find I am active and involved in many kinds of activities because so many are offered! The campus itself is a cheerful place, filled with trees and flowers. I am happy to call it “home”.

My mother was in the transitional care unit following a stroke. She received excellent care, the facility is clean, staff is kind and caring - and in her words "the food was delicious!" We are grateful for the care she received.

This facility is going downhill! Never enough staffing especially in skilled care! Now down to 1 cna and 1 assistant for two hallways! I know many have passed away but the care is still needed in this department! They tell my friend she can only use bathroom every two hours. What the world? If you are able to know when you need to go, you should be allowed to go. She has to have assistance and can't go by herself! Sometimes you need to go more often than other times.
