Recently purchased my 2026 Kia Sportage at Warner Kia. I initially spoke with a different dealership, but APR offered was too high, and when I couldn’t take the offer, they kept bringing it down, but still not within my capacity. I was told by a friend to shop around other dealerships, so I called Warner Kia, and I’m glad I did. People there were very nice and helpful. My sales guy, Phil, especially. He was nice, patient and helpful. He accommodated me and let me test-drive the cars I was considering, and then suggested the Sportage based on my wants and needs. He definitely helped me make an informed decision in buying the car. When I couldn’t get the rate that works for me, he offered an alternative that actually worked perfectly, and so here I am! Everything went amazingly smoothly during our purchasing experience. Larry thoroughly explained the cost breakdown to show us it was cheaper to actually buy a new vehicle, rather than a used one. The only issues are that he forgot he put our disabled veteran plate in a bag of our stuff instead of in the floor board like he said. The other issue is confidentiality of other clients being visible on his desk, which could have caused other clients some issues if someone was to act in a nonethical way.

Mark Deem was a great salesman. He listened to what I was looking for, stayed within my budget and took the time to explain everything on the new vehicle I purchased. Jeremy Chalfant in financing was great and quick and didn’t add or pressure me into any extras. A great group of people. Everyone was so nice and made me feel right at home.
