Wash Masters Car Wash

They no longer do a pre-wash or have spray bottles for windows. What’s the point of coming here?! Wish I could give zero stars. . Without the pre-wash the car wash doesn’t do a good enough job to get something clean. I paid $25 for the best wash on a buy one get one sale and then turned around and went right through it again and used the second wash because it didn’t get it clean. I won’t come back. If I have to do it myself, I’ll go somewhere cheaper.

Wow first time in. Signed up for the monthly car wash. They even hamd dry your car and shine your tires. Excellent service!

My wife and I both use this car wash regularly and we’re always impressed. Whether we’re getting a quick express wash or going all-in on the full service, they consistently do a great job. The staff is friendly, fast, and they pay attention to the details. It’s convenient, affordable, and keeps both our vehicles looking sharp. Definitely our go-to spot when we need a clean car without the hassle.

Poor....very poor ,very little concern about final results.....power washers are for ornaments according to staff, management in Dallas told staff not to prewash vehicles,,wheel wells etc.so drive a couple blocks with your wet tires and the spray from them is deposited on your vehicle....WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY!!@

Earlier the previous week I had a poor experience with wash masters. I brought it to the managers attention, Chuck. He came out and inspected my car after going through an $18 ultimate car wash experience. The front wind shield you could barely tell that any bug residue had been removed. Check immediately offered a redo, I honestly didn’t have time at that moment. He eagerly gave me a business card with no expiration to come in for a redo ultimate car wash experience. I have now come in for that a couple of days ago and posted but for some reason the posting is removed. My redo experience was not good.
