Stopped working halfway through the wash. It was extremely rough on my truck and broke off the fog light and radio antenna. The only number they have to call is a customer service number that nobody answers. Update: It's been 5 days and the customer service line says 24 to 48 hours and they will be in touch with you. I left two messages and I also sent a email to the email address you provided below. I still have not heard anything from anyone. Update again 2-8-26 (over 2 months now) and still nothing done to fix my truck. No reimbursement for the car wash that stopped half way through and damaged my vehicle. They denied my claim (02-10-26). Do not use this carwash. It will damage your vehicle and they will not claim responsibility. Not even the carwash that I paid for and it didn't wor
