Wash Your Stuff - Grapevine

I recently removed my one-star feedback, but I decided to return it back. Bays #3 and #4 has no washing chemicals or they’re simply not working. I expect you guys to issue a full refund on my cc ends on 9978 Update: Guys! I don't have to tell YOU about problems with YOUR equipment, especially, after I spent MY TIME to get there. It's YOUR responsibility to make sure that YOUR equipment works properly.

I love self wash stations because it saves me money and it's a better wash than the drive-in ones. But in this case the cost was lot more that the drive in. Took $25 to wash my car even though it's a Mini cooper. Too high per minute in my opinion for self wash. I been able to wash my car in other places for less than $10. * Thanks for the response. I did hit the stop button. I will look out for the charge here in a few days but the $25 in my cc account shows as posted not a pending.

I was very impressed with Wash Your Stuff car wash. I used the self service wash. Pretty reasonably priced. Modern, everything was working, which I'm unfamiliar with. My aged-like-a-fine-wine car really shined after the ceramic coating. Only issue was the vacuum which could have been more powerful. Still 5 stars from me.

Edit: I forgot to mention, customer service was top notch. The Coinless app gave me an option to text for support after I was charged for Bay1 that wasn’t working. I received a call back right away for a solution and was credited back through the app. Bay 1 wasn’t working when I got there. Bay 2 has a leaky hose and the blower needs servicing. Bay 3 worked flawlessly. Strong warm water pressure. Good air blower power. Will definitely be back many times.

I wish there was a place like this near me in Richardson! I visit my boyfriend over here, and I love the idea of a car wash + a pet wash. The place is clean, cheap, and convenient ! My dog is an older dog and it’s harder to pick her up nowadays without causing her discomfort. We don’t utilize tub ramps , so I like that the cords and such are long enough to wash her outside the tub where she can remain comfortably on the ground. It’s a $10 minimum if you use a card, and a dollar a minute from there with many options to use. I also like that they have a vending machine and an area for ice and water. I’m more likely to get my car washed now if there’s a dog wash AND dog park next to it. I’ll be back!
