The car wash breaks things off your car. First time it ripped the antenna and wiper off my car I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it happened again just now. And both times when I walked in to find my broken car parts on their washroom floor I found other people’s broken antennas in there too. The manager is nice enough but he can’t do anything without the owner who is NEVER present. Even when they said they’d pay my replacement costs the first time (after I spent weeks calling to followup) he never actually gave me the money. Kept saying to come at a certain time but then wasn’t there and would not leave a check with anybody to hand me, had to be the owner. Just happened again, I’m done. Don’t risk using this carwash Update - the owner reached out to me after I posted this

I love this Shell off of Glade and Khaled is the reason why. He’s always so positive and friendly. Very well knowledgeable on his job and the promotions that are going on. Very good employee to have around. One guy can really make all of the difference. Thank you for going above and beyond all the time Mr. Khaled.

Best car wash around. Friendly staff everytime. I dont go anywhere else for my washes. Great monthly rates on unlimited washes too.

As other reviewers have noted this place will tear your car up. On two occasions, the track has malfunctioned and caused my car to go off the track and over the rail. The guy comes out and always blames me when literally I am not doing anything to cause this. It seems based on other reviews this entire operation is faulty. Do not bring your car here. Do not use this car wash. It will ruin your car.

I bought a unlimited wash pass and have shown up 3 times during business hours and found they’re closed. Plus I was told to leave after showing up in my Jeep after my road trip “that is to dirty. You need to upgrade to a higher package or cancel your membership” is it not a car wash? Update 2 weeks later: I went up to the lane and they have canceled my membership. I paid $15 for the second highest cleaning level and my Jeep came out half washed. They won’t scrub it down and miss most of the Jeep and leave streaks and the back is never been cleaned.
