My car has spots all over it and the tire shine is not working properly. It is sporadic and looks awful in the tires. I thought it may have been a fluke and gave them another try a month later when I needed another wash but nope, it happened again exactly the same. I even paid $25 for the better wash. It was a waste of money. I get a better wash with no spots and 100% coverage of the tire shine for $15 on the other side of town. Hope they can fix these 2 problems so people get the service they should.

Terrible. This is the second time I’ve paid $30 for a car wash and the whole back of my SUV doesn’t get touched… it gets sprayed lightly. The tire shine is clearly not working either. Very expensive when I still have to wipe down the dust from my car afterwards.

I recently visited Washtopia of Spring Hill and unfortunately experienced damage to my vehicle during the wash. I filed a claim and patiently waited for their review process, hoping for a fair resolution. Instead, I was simply referred to a photo of their sign stating they are not responsible for pre-existing damage… While I fully understand them not being able to be held responsible for that… this damage was very clearly not pre-existing, and it’s disappointing that the company chose not to take accountability or properly investigate the issue. I expected better customer service and professionalism from a business like this. I would recommend that anyone considering this car wash proceed with caution. As a place you should be able to trust with your vehicles… I hate to say that this is

Located on Port Royal Rd just north of Saturn Pkwy in Spring Hill, this automatic car wash is conveniently located. They have memberships available or you can pay each time you go. If you frequently wash your car, the membership might be worth the cost. After exiting the car wash, they have powerful, free vacuums. They also provide microfiber cloths for you to use as well as window cleaner spray. We have been pleased each time we get our car washed here. If you have a back windshield wiper, they place a plastic sleeve on it before you enter, so be sure to remove it once the car is washed.

Such an awesome car wash. The employee, Austin, is an awesome worker. Great choice of hiring. The brushes did not scratch my car. Why? It's made out of cloth, which is more soft than a towel. Anyways, the run through is less than two minutes. This type of car wash is very eco friendly. Vacuums work awesome. They have towels that are ready to use to wipe down the inside and outside of your car. They have an eco friendly automatic mat cleaner.
