Washville Car Wash

I've had a monthly pass for several years. I will be stopping the recurring payments. I've been unable to get a wash for over a week. Each time I go by there is a back up on Western Ave. despite signage prohibiting stopping in the turn lane. Other times, including this morning, the wash is closed during normal business hours. I have had good service in the past from your carwash but, in hindsight, this is a terrible location for your business and suggest you consider relocating to a location that can accommodate high volume.

I come through pretty much every day I can, Because it’s definitely the best place around! The guys are all great at this location on Western Avenue in Augusta Maine, especially Alex M, Very courteous And helpful! Very pleased and I always have my business as well as recommend them to anyone looking for a Car Wash😃

We always love visiting this location and return weekly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the service is superb and the customer service from Tyler in the office is A+. Washville team keeps our car clean! Thanks Western Ave team!

Stopped by Washville Car wash in Augusta today about 3 min after closing. I'd never been there before and cones were up. Young man, didn't ask his name, chased me down and offered to move the cones to let me through for a wash. I gave him a $5 tip. It's hard to find hardworking young people these days! Gives me hope! Thank you

Often very busy but the staff clears the line fast. Automatic car wash which can be accessed as needed or through monthly memberships. If you don't think the vehicle was cleaned well enough the first time you can go back through the car wash again. Several vacuums are available and well maintained.
