Washville Car Wash

When they first opened they did a great job. Now they just rush cars through. I’ve been to other washvilles and haven’t had an issue. In bangor they just want to clear the line. The people guiding you in barely prerinse your car. Half the time they aren’t even looking at your vehicle. I pay for the top tier wash as a monthly subscriber and the time it takes me to get through the wash almost feels to change each time depending on how busy they are. Spots are missed in the cleaning, and sometimes the roller at the end will come down and actually touch my car, other times it’ll be to high for my car, and other times it doesn’t even activate. Getting very frustrated with the inconsistency. How do I know I’m even getting the package I pay for every time. My car is gonna need a second round to h

We loved the ease of this car wash and it did a great job. However, recently we went through and ended up having our wiper, hood cowl, windshield, and wiper arm damaged. I was actually recording (we were trying to show our family what the car wash was like since we liked it) and caught the dryer pulling the wiper up and the roller breaking the arm. We submitted a damage claim immediately at Washville on Stillwater Ave in Bangor. The next week we didn't receive a call so we tried calling and all we received was AI so we left our information and still did not receive a call. We also tried requesting a call back through their website and still did not receive anything. We ended up driving to the car wash and someone gathered our information again. 10/10 Service! I recently went to the Stillwater Ave., Washville in Bangor, Maine. I was vacuuming my car out when two workers Wes (or West) and Griffin were working on the vacuums they quickly noticed that my back tire was flat. Without a second thought they sprung into action, grabbed a little Air compressor and started filling up my tire for me (with my consent). We chatted for a moment about my flat tire. They taught me how to use my little air compressor that I have and it was a great experience. If you need help with a flat tire, and youre At washville, you’re in luck. They’re very helpful there.

Very good experience. I bought a project car yesterday and it had been sitting for a while. It was covered in pollen, sap, and regular old dirt. I talked with the gentleman at the kiosk if he thinks the carwash would do the trick. He told me about the deal they have for $20 monthly and to take it through a few times if needed. The membership price was close to the price for the single wash I wanted. I bought the membership and took the car through it twice. There was some hard stuck on sap in a couple crevices. Other than that it looked awesome. Great customer service and great wash!

Car wash is great, but after paying for the premium membership and the vacuums either not working at all or having little to no suction, it’s pretty disappointing. Any ideas on when this will be fixed?!
