This place is great! I got through the wash quickly. Matt was very kind and helpful, I inquired if they washed car mats. He said that it was not something they usually did, but since it was slow he would be happy to accommodate me. He even helped me by carrying them to the sprayer. Thanks Matt!
Absolutely love this car wash! Gets my car so clean I could eat a 5 course meal off the hood, plus free vacuuming!! Almost too good to be true. The staff at the concord nh location is extremely friendly and make it an enjoyable experience everytime i go! They always wave and greet you when you enter and keep it very organized and clean! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend this place!
Went to take my car for a wash after I just picked it up from the mechanics. Apparently they don’t clean their brushes and they absolutely gouged the hood of my car. I can’t afford to fix this and this is a multiple hundred dollar job or possibly thousand dollar job. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A NEW CAR. IT WILL BE SCRATCHED. Not only that but the heavier male with dark hair at the kiosk was SO rude to me. Just incredibly unfriendly and ignored my question. After they scratched my car, I went to use the vacuum and the vacuum was broken. I will never return to this car wash ever again. There are so many other car washes in the area there is literally zero reason to use this car wash.
I walked into the building to ask about if they offered touchless washes and ended up getting a free trail wash, I was very impressed and both Alex and Owen were very friendly and cared about what they did. I was happy with the results of the wash and ended up signing up for a membership for unlimited washes. It’s a very nice car wash and I’m very happy about the service!
Used to love it here. I had the $37.99 plan and car still was coming out dirty so I canceled. Came back and got the $20 a month one or so I thought I was nope they never signed me up. So I ended up Paying $20 just for one car wash. Back to golden nozzle canceling my whole fleet
