After having a competitor’s wash pass for 14 years, I finally decided to try Washville, and I’m honestly impressed. I was greeted by Antonio, who despite working outside in sub-zero temperatures took the time to give me a full consultation. He explained the different wash options, listened to my concerns about ice buildup on my EV, and confidently assured me they were equipped to handle it. As soon as I entered the wash, I was taken back by the lighting, which creates a surprisingly immersive experience. The facility is brand new, extremely clean, and the equipment is clearly high-tech. These machines clean areas other car washes just don’t. You know that feeling some car washes give you - like it might break your car, push you into the one ahead, or get you stuck? This place is no good, I canceled my membership! They don’t spray your car all around. You must go twice in order for the car to be cleaned cause it does not and I repeat it does not wash well! My car is white and I have to go in twice and still not properly cleaned. Some of the vacuums work, but most don’t! The guys there are lazy! Have no pride in such easy job! I’ll take my money else where.

I had a slight issue or shall I say was just misinformed but the manager gave me a call, explained everything to me and most importantly fixed the mishap. This place is fairly new in my area and definitely gets the job done. I truly do recommend getting your car cleaned here
