Great pricing. Easy parking with plenty of vacuums for Fast pass members. With the addition to air hoses in the spring to ensure that vehicle can be kept spotless inside and out. Such a great $5 towel exchange program as well. Only paid that one time charge and get this wicked sweet non abbraisive absorbent towel I can use Everytime I leave the wash so my Caravan can be kept spotless before I hit the road. Best part is once the towel is dirty I go right back to the booth where the friendly staff are located and exchanged for a fresh towel at the next visit! Such great service. Thank you Washville! Looking forward to all the next updates to this establishment in the coming months. A road sign, and a great menu board so customers will have easy view of pricing and benefits ☺️

Nick was awesome!! Very friendly and told us about the deals! Excellent customer service. Very clean, very nice equipment and my car was clean when I came out. The only thing I had a problem with was the guys at the beginning of the wash didn't seem too much to care. I bought spraying your car down. He was kind of in a slump. Otherwise than that everything was great!

This entire establishment is spotless, fast, friendly, and raising the standards for Waterville’s businesses! The initial spray down and the wash itself was so thorough, my car came out sparkling despite being caked in salt. It’s apparent that extra consideration went into opening, from the equipment to the staff. It’s really refreshing to see a brand new business come to this town and raise the bar. If you’re local and haven’t given it a try yet, you’re missing out, this is exactly the carwash our town finally needed.

I would give this less than one. They do not tell you that you are signing for a plan. It was supposed to be a free wash but the receipt says that there is now a plan to be added. They do not tell you that you are signing up for a plan. That means an elderly person is going to be charged every month until they die for a plan they may never use again. There is not even a website on the receipt although an elderly person isn't going to create an account online, but neither can I as there does not appear to be an account to get to. The customer service has a lot to be desired. Not even a brochure on plans with prices or anything. Plus, it just destroyed our parking assist sensors and we have eight of them.
