Water St Auto Wash

Great car wash! I use this for my work trucks and personal vehicles often. Water pressure is great, lot is always clean kept and the vending machine is always chuck full of products if I ever need them. I actually had an issue with one of the bays eating my money one time, I put a request/complaint in with them and they venmo’d me the refund next day with no hesitation! Quality customer service! Would recommend!

It’s very good – the foam produced when cleaning the tires and using the high-pressure water gun is abundant.However, the foam produced in the pre-washing mode is virtually negligible.I hope it can be improved; I’ll come back again.

Returned from a recent trip and my car was filthy. Super cleaned exterior and all of the floor mats. For my 7 dollars I was very happy and will return. Location was well maintained and sufficiently lit. Easy access to vacuum in the rear of the property. I'll be back again soon. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!

Nice, clean facility. I haven't used the car wash yet but their vacuums really suck - in the right way. Plus, when l had an issue with the change machine I left a message on their voicemail, thinking I'll never hear from anybody. 2 days later I received a refund in the mail with a letter of apology.

Many times, coin machine does not take money. Jams up. Water hose is leaking, got me wet. This place used to be better. Now it's just full of disappointments. Sorry but true.
