I cannot recommend Fred and his team enough. For starters Fred is so kind and accommodating. I can’t thank him enough. He made this process such a breeze for me which I appreciate so incredibly much since I both lost my grandma just after my accident and had a trio planned soon after that. I didn’t mind the wait at all as long as it was returned fixed and safe and they went above and beyond to make sure that’s exactly what was returned to me and still did it in a timely fashion despite the amount of damage that was done after being hit head on. I was communicated with about every step that had to be taken and I appreciated all the updates. My car came back looking better than before the accident. I don’t even know how that’s possible but they did it. I’m so thankful for Waterford Collision

Waterford Collision made my car like new again. Very easy process. Waterford Collision is a preferred vendor so they were able to take it and start work right away without waiting for an adjuster to come look at it. It took 2 months for the work due to part back orders but I was able to get a free loaner from them about half way through the process. Communication was great and everybody was really friendly. They made my car like new again. I hope I don’t need a collision shop again but if I do, I will be a retiring customer.

I am very satisfied with the service I received at Waterford Collision. From the start, I worked with Fred, who provided me with an estimate after someone had hit my Bronco Sport. Fred was friendly, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. His estimate was also the most affordable compared to the other shops I visited. Once the parts were ordered, we scheduled a repair date, and the process went exactly as planned. I dropped my car off around 9:30 AM and was able to pick it up by 3 PM the same day. The team at Waterford Collision did an excellent job repairing my car and even went above and beyond by fixing some nearby paint chips at no extra cost. They also cleaned up the area of my car and shined my wheels, giving it a polished, finished look when I picked it up

Waterford Collision did an excellent job. They even washed my car. It looked brand new when I picked it up! I was pleased with the work, the cost & the customer service. The prices are reasonable and they are a trustworthy business. I’ve taken my car there a couple of times & have always been pleased with their work. Highly recommend them!

This is the shop to choose! Tom was amazing and keeping us updated on all of the new developments, any delays that may come up, even provided a loaner car after our insurance coverage ran out. Highly recommend this shop and the Toyota Tundra came back looking amazing in the even thoroughly cleaned the interior for us.
