Provided a part number, they had it in stock. I asked on the phone to measure one bit on the part as what I was looking for is different than everything. Said it matched with my measurement. So I made the 1.5 hour trip. Opened and found the measurement was way wrong.. needed it to be 2.5 inches, but it was barely an inch. Traffic was bad everywhere that day and it took me 2.5 hours to get home. 4 hours of wasted time cause they thought an inch was 2.5 inches. Not the end of the world, but still such a waste.
