So over the attitude I get every time I come to this place for a simple oil change. There seems to be this same lady there every time with a consistently horrible demeanor. God forbid you come in 3 hours before they close because they’ll refuse you service because they are too busy, but as soon as you get in your car irate because you drove 45 minutes in traffic, someone runs out to say that they do have space but you’ll have to wait. Too late to make it better at that point. Your office and tech department need to get on the same page because not everyone has time to be thrown away like that. Never mind prior experiences where no appointments were to be had for mechanical emergencies for at least a couple months. This was the last straw. Go to a different Quick Lane or an independent g

Waited 2 months for a recall appointment and asked that they take a look at some other issues. After 4 days they still hadn't let me know what the status was. I had to pester them to find out what was happening. Apparently nothing. After a week they only did the recall work and misdiagnosed my other concerns so I had to take my truck in a second time to get the other problem fixed and they tried to charge me for warranty work. Terrible experience.

Great services and reasonable prices I have gone to QuickLane since I moved to Massachusetts six years ago. The services it provides to my two Toyotas have been excellent. The manager is honest and focuses on customer needs. Because of their work, my cars are trouble free for a long time.
