Watertown Ford Rentals

Extremely happy with my experience at Watertown Ford rentals. I needed a cargo van on short notice to pick up some furniture. They had multiple options available and the pickup process was a breeze. The price was competitive with U-haul but without the terrible equipment and staff.

Excellent experience start to finish! Cameron was exceptional with his customer service and communication. Drop off and pick up were hassle free. Cameron delivered the car to me. The car I got was very clean and he made sure I was happy with the whole Watertown Ford experience. I'd definitely rent from them again!

I’ve gone to Watertown Ford rentals twice now during my stay in the Newton area. Buddy has been a huge help both times. Their cars are nice and the price is definitely right. $48/day for a (new) Ford Focus. Quick, easy, lovely staff. I’ve had an awesome experience here and would highly recommend.

Returned my rental (dealt with Rental Manger) and finished up at the service department. After leaving facility, I received a text from my credit card company that my card was charged by Watertown Ford. I returned and spoke with the Rental Manager if he knew what the charges were and sure enough, it was from him (even though it was covered under my extended warranty).
