Wax To the Max

They did a fabulous job with my full interior and exterior detail!

I stopped by to get a cream spilled cleaned from the car seat. The gentleman who runs the place was leaving and couldn't take the job. But he spent time to give me great detailed cleaning instructions and I was able to fully restore the cloth seat. (The advice wouldn't work for everyone, I was lucky to have a shop vac and a steam cleaner at home).

I'll start with the positive. Great service/convenience. My car was done, while I was at work. Very friendly customer service. General look of the finished car was very nice (inside and out). Then I looked closer. The negative side to this experience is that my window tinting was scratched/nicked in some spots, as the windows were wiped clean. My carbon fiber vinyl inlays for the side vents, have wax residue (white), which will not come clean. I may have to replace some tinting and these strips eventually. An expensive fix.

I take my Mercedes C300 to this place. They are very good at what they do. Fairly priced as well. The staff is friendly and do a great job. I will be returning to this business frequently because you cant beat the quality and price. -Matt

Businesses are run on the Work and commitments towards customers. I got an appointment from them and when the time came they called me to reschedule it and i had to take a day off from job to leave my car with them which obviously got wasted. Anyway on next appointment time i left my car with them and one of their employees told me that they would charge me 85$ instead of their quoted price of 100$ due to rescheduling and disrupting my schedule without letting me know beforehand. When i went back to get my car,the car floor was still dirty and i pointed that out. The cup holder was still dirty and when i pointed that out the guy got little annoyed.
