Waxhaw Collision

I was visiting Waxhax NC from CT last week and someone hit my car while it was parked, leaving the rear bumper partially hanging off the car. I was supposed to leave NC the next day to return to CT and needed to have the car in working order for the long trip home. I looked up collision centers in the area and found Waxhaw Collision. The reviews were great so I went over. I explained the situation to James (the owner) and he immediately offered to help. In just a few minutes (and a bit of glue) I was back in on the road. James got the car back to a safe condition. I can't thank him enough for the help in getting the car ready to get my family home safely.

Had my car repaired at Waxhaw Collision (109 Somer Street, Waxhaw, NC 28183]. They were extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I took my Ford Explorer here to get fixed up after i clipped a pole in the parking lot on the passenger door. I tried another local shop that was overly expensive and did not even include a new door shell. Waxhaw Collision came in substantially lower AND also included replacing the door shell with a brand new one. The vehicle is a 2024 with less than 10,000 miles and i wanted it back to normal like-new, they sure did deliver! The door looks like it is the original with perfect matching paint. They also did the job in reasonable time and kept in touch. My insurance worked with them and the whole process was very easy. Thank you!

Got my front end fixed after a collision, the check engine light kept coming on after I got it back. They cleared it out and said next time it came on to go to the dealer. So went to the dealer when it came back on. It ended up being a faulty fan, so the dealer fixed it and in doing so the dealer found the inlets to the radiator were glued back in from the repairs of the collision. Ended up costing me another $1900 on top of the deductible. Waxhaw Collision denied all of it and wouldn’t make it right. Stay far far away and use Tactical Collision down the road in Indian land or Caliber Collision.
