The phone contact, Matt, was very knowledgeable & helpful. The folks at the pickup location were helpful as well. Just be aware that there are no restroom facilities available at the pickup location, even if you're a paying customer. The restrooms are for employees only. That's the difference, to me, for the 4-star review, instead of a 5-star review.

Insane dealing with Wayne’s Auto Salvage all you get done is sent to their voicemails. No phone calls back take over a week just to get a wheel. Very incompetent set automotive back 100 years.

Worked with Spencer ordering a whole new engine for my vehicle. Always kept me updated and was very thorough in explaining their warranty options. I can’t thank him enough for helping me get my vehicle back on the road!

I looked forever for a 10 spoke rim for my brides Kia. Nowhere close had it. On the internet- $250-300. Wayne’s had it. $120 plus core out the door. Super service and amazing people! My new go to auto parts place!!

By far the worst salvage place I’ve ever been at, spent over 200 dollars for a radiator I waited over two hours for an “inspection” just for them to give me a broken radiator. At the time I didn’t notice accepted it and took it and by the time I went to fix my vehicle it was broken as if someone had cut the tube off, I thought maybe it got broke on the way to where I was going so I kept it and just ordered a new radiator, I went the second time got told it would be ready at 11, I come back at 11 I then waited over two more hours for another “inspection” after spending 100 more dollars out of the 200 I basically gave them for free for the other broken part, they finally were ready to give me the radiator after waiting for over 2-3 hours for another radiator I took one look at it and seen ye
