Wayne Ford Service

I have been waiting for over a year for recall parts,and service for my Company Vehicle. I was advised several times last year 2025 that the dealer would get in touch with me once the parts arrive. It's been 1 year,and still nothing. Called again this morning, and spoke to Ana at the service department, and was asked for my information for the 100th time. She was able to find my vehicle, and information, but supposedly no parts were ever ordered. Then she stated that she spoke with her supervisor, and that they don't have my information after she gave me the correct vehicle, and year,but according to the service department they don't have my vehicle registered,after waiting for a year. I bought my Expedition from Wayne Ford back in 2019 and have been bringing it here for every service since. The department used to be great — but it’s gone downhill fast. My Expedition has had ongoing transmission issues (shocking, I know). The first “fix” last year didn’t solve the problem, so it needed to go back. On August 4th, they confirmed it did indeed need a transmission service, and we scheduled it for September 4th. No problem — I understand they’re backed up. But when I called to confirm my September appointment, they suddenly had no loaners available, even though they knew about my appointment for a full month. No one called to let me know. I was told I’d be added to a list for a loaner vehicle — and now, it’s October 23rd, and I’m still waiting. I’ve called the service depa

I had my Explorer serviced this past week, and the team at Wayne Ford could not have been better. My appointment was made quickly and efficiently. They had my car in and out in no time at all. The entire staff was friendly and helpful as always. This is the 4th vehicle I have gotten from Wayne Ford, and every time I have needed service they never disappoint. Many thanks to everyone at WF.

First time customer at Wayne Ford for service. I can honestly say this dealership is the best one out of all of them I’ve been too. This dealership is really clean and they greet you as soon as you come in with a warm welcoming smile. I felt like family when I arrived. The service I needed done was supposed to take a while, but they got it done quick, I was in and out in less time than what I was told. Wayne Ford thus far have not disappointed me, I definitely made this dealership my go to for regular maintenance or anything other issue that may arise with my vehicle.
