I honestly have nothing positive to say about my experience with Wayne Hyundai’s service department. From the moment I purchased my car, dealing with service has been nothing but a nightmare. They promote lifetime oil changes, yet it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. Loaner vehicles are almost never available, which makes servicing incredibly inconvenient. Most recently, my car started throwing a code that appeared to be related to a powertrain component — something that should be covered under warranty. When I called, I was told there were no available appointments and that I would need to leave the car there for several days. Since I was leaving for vacation, I agreed to drop it off. I visited Wayne Hyundai after my 2019 Hyundai Sonata SEL suddenly stopped working without any warning. The car had been running perfectly fine, and the next morning it would not turn on at all. After AAA ruled out the battery and my mechanic informed me that the engine was locked, I went to Wayne Hyundai to get more information and guidance.
