Wells Automotive Repair

We were on a road trip recently from New England to Florida and trying to outrun a very unusual Winter storm. Our car threw a code and went into limp mode. Needless to say it was very stressful. Jen and Tim were our saviors! Not only was Tim extremely knowledgeable about Volvos, but got us back on the road as quickly as the part came in. The pricing was very fair...I'm sure it would have been twice as much at the dearlership. You Volvo folks in Savannah are very lucky to have such a shop in the city. Thank you!!!!

I recently had the power steering rack on my Volvo go out—a very costly and unexpected repair. Tim and Jen at Wells Automotive were incredible throughout the whole process. They were honest, transparent, and made navigating this repair so much easier. Tim even provided recommendations and alternatives to ensure I would receive the most cost effective and timely repair. Despite the significance of the job, they were extremely accommodating, always reachable, and kept me updated every step of the way. They’re genuinely wonderful people who clearly care about doing right by their customers and went above and beyond on this repair. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I was on an out-of-town weekend trip when my Volvo broke down and Tim was recommended to me. Even though he was booked up, he made extra time to help me get back home. He is clearly knowledgeable and experienced with fast service and fair prices. He took a quick look under the hood, knew exactly what was wrong, and fixed it in 3 hours. Cannot recommend him enough!
