Service here sucks. You wait HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation, they PUSH heavy on additional repairs and charge 2x more than other reputable shops. Getting my oil change somewhere else now and the tech told me i was MISSING MY OIL CAP. Imagine going 7k miles without and oil cap. Do better wesley chapel Toyota. Stadium toyota and toyota of tampa bay would never. IF YOU CAN, GO TO A DIFFERENT TOYOTA.

So was wanting to look at buying a new Toyota today and have mine serviced before I give it to my son. I made 12 phone calls to this dealer. In 12 phone calls 1 was answered and forwarded me to the service center where no one answered and I was directed to leave a message. I am so disappointed that no one is answering the phone that I decided to keep my car and buy my sone something used. Never in my life have I had the experience of no one answering the phone in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. I think it is a clear sign of the service I would get if I bought a new car from this dealer and that is not OK. We went there to trade in a vehicle that we purchased from there. They wanted a huge down payment over 10K which is ridiculous. We offered the 2nd veh purchased from there and that didn't work out well, a larger down payment was required. We already have other vehicles that we have but we're looking for another work vehicle.
