After an accident on the 19th September, I needed a collision shop to assess my damage and repair. The insurance company gave me 3 choice companies they use, but I could have taken the vehicle to any shop of my own choosing. I chose West Branch Collision Inc from the 3 that my adjuster mentioned. The owner, Gary was kind and went immediately to look at the vehicle. He then had me driven to Gaylord to collect my rental vehicle, which I had arranged ahead of time. Within 2 days I had an answer from Gary, and a call from my adjuster, the vehicle was totalled. We followed up over the next two days, and because it was a coordinated effort on the part of West Branch Collision, my insurance company and me, I am waiting for my check from the insurance company as we speak and will purchase a new ve

Got an estimate for body work and 08 Mustang and a 64 1/2 Mustang in September '24. Called several times. It's almost May, still no appt. Seemed like they would do a really good job but won't wait forever to get scheduled.

Got our car in quick, done a day earlier than promised and a great job. Great loaner car to boot. Highly recommend, nice people.

Had my car fixed after a deer collision with my car. They did a great job kept the cost down and I was very impressed not only with the quality of work but also with the timing of the repair, was right on time no excuses about why it was not done but it was done just as they said. I had a problem with a clip that held the spacing of the bumper and fender that broke 3 month after I picked the car up and went to Florida and back. They fixed it on the spot no questions asked and I was on my way a very satisfied customer. WHOULD I TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THEM FOR NEW REPAIRS? IN A MINUTE.
