He fixed my door latch, I was so impressed with the experience that I brought my second car here for my bumpers to be fixed and dent in my door to be fixed. I had decal residue on my vehicle and he took it off because he's THAT kind!!

My experience with West Coast Specialties has always been quick, to the point and knowing what it is going to cost and time frame for vehicle to be at shop. No one wants to deal with a vehicle being in an accident whether it be my fault or someone else's. I took my car here to get my bumper swapped and painted. First of all, they took way longer to finish than they had first told me. Once it was finished I took it home then I noticed a chip. The guy who “fixed” my car told me not to drive behind semis because that would happen. Now I have ugly chips all over my new bumper, if I would have known that before he painted my car I would have gone somewhere else because 1. He over charged me 2. He took forever 3. He did a terrible job and 4. ITS NOT SUPPOSE TO CHIP
