Greg is the best, always super professional and friendly! I was reluctant to get my Tacoma windshield replaced because I thought it would be a big hassle. Not at West Elk Windshields, it was super fast and easy. For a great price too

Greg is awesome. Very communicative and easy to work with, plus he called me to let me know he could squeeze me in an hour early. He was in and out in 45 minutes and the new windshield looks fantastic! Thank you West Elk Windshields!

I write this review with some reluctance because I was happy at first with Greg’s work. But that changed when I found out that he uses inferior-made windshields and doesn’t fully stand by his service. He installed a windshield in my car from a company that another installer said had produced some defective windshields. Greg did at least replace the first one, but unfortunately with the same brand, and that also turned out to be defective. (Both also had a uniformly dense cloud of sight-limiting speckles, which only showed up in the very early morning when the sun shined through at a slight angle.) Despite my sending him photographic evidence of the problem, he refused to see it or fix it, insulting me along the way.

Our back windshield on our SUV shattered while on vacation in Crested Butte. Being winter and a small ski town, we were completely prepared to have to drive back home with a taped up window. Much to our surprise, we were given the recommendation of West Elk windshields and they ordered a new rear window and had it installed within two days!!!!! We cannot say enough wonderful things about the service, price, and availability. Highly recommend!!!
