West Herr Express Maintenance

I had a great experience here on Monday. They were the only service center who were able to get me in on short notice and I really appreciate it. Alex C was so incredibly helpful and the entire team was kind, efficient, and had me in and out within a few hours. I would highly recommend!

Disappointed in the lack of timely manor it took for them to tell me all of my tires need to be replaced when I was there about 1 tire. People have places to go and I even told then I only have an hour at most. I was late to pick my child up from pre k. So now I'm about to be charged for care for the entire day because they couldn't do their job. What was the point of the texts to keep you updated....I was even right there to communicate with. RIDICULOUS! Then to tell me they would also charge for the alignment after they would replace the 4 tires when they have signs up about free alignment. 🙄

Stopped in for an oil change because of the big “no appointment needed” “walk ins welcomed” signed and was told there was no way to get in without an appointment. They are simple to busy while all the bays are empty and no one in the waiting room. Very disappointing

West Herr always does a great job with vehicle. The technicians are very knowledgeable and the management Supervisor CoCo is amazing and is always available to answer any questions.

I recently brought my car to West Herr Express for tire and rim repairs under warranty. I dropped off my vehicle, and they contacted the insurance company, which approved the claim. They assured me they would reach out to schedule the repairs, but they never did. Despite following up more than four times, they still failed to schedule the repairs, wasting over four weeks of my time waiting. When I finally got in touch with the service advisor, Mark, he was incredibly rude and aggressive. This was a shocking experience, especially since I have always bought my cars from West Herr, and my family has been loyal customers as well. After this incident, I will never do business with them again. Their treatment of customers is unacceptable, and they need to either fire Mark or put him through ex
