West Herr Hyundai Used Cars

at first the guy (mike) was nice, but then after we sat down and she explained what she was looking for, he wasn't listening. he got pushy and rude towards my friend, belittling her feelings and questioning her. as if buying a new vehicle isn't enough pressure, but having a pushy and rude sale associate, nope, not cool!! she doesn't plan to go back and if i were to buy a used car, i wouldn't want to go back either!!

If you have a vehicle that your trying to trade in with alot of negative equity then this is the place to go i just traded in my jeep had almost $10000 negative equity on it and they got me the exact truck i needed there team went so far out of there way to make this deal happen and i will forever be greatful and be a life long customer i worked with steven fessel and joseph bumbalo and christian the finance guy and everyone of them treated me as if they knew me all there life i went to about 6 other dealerships and every other one turned me away because they didnt want to have to put some work into getting the right loan for my situation i an so grateful so happy i love my truck this is the place to go without a doubt !

We dealt with “Adi Barak” on a new Toyota 4 runner and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! Such an awesome team at West Herr! Thanks Adi!!

However, that was not my experience with West Her on Transit Road. I cannot express the Wonderful service I received from Josh Lilly and Jimmy. Jimmy (Finance Manager), is the Greatest. He made sure I received the best financing possible and was very transparent on the way the financial structure of being approved worked. Which provided me with total confidence, that I would receive an excellent deal; which I Did!!! 😀. Josh! My Sales Manager, Josh is the Best!!! Josh is like taking your best friend car shopping with you, who understands everything about Customer Service and purchasing a car. Josh made sure I was totally confident a

I just bought a car here Monday and it was one of the best experiences I've had!!! Dave Peters took care of me and he is the best!! Christian and Dave's assistant were also amazing!!! . I would highly recommend u go see them when you're purchasing your next vehicle. I just went in that day to see what kind of payment I could afford and drove home in a new used car that I absolutely love!!!!! My mother also just got a car from him and definitely know I'll be coming back for my next one.
