He clearly explained the situation, walked me through the options, and quickly replaced the dead battery on the spot. I was amazed at how fast and efficient he was—everything was done in no time. I called AAA and they sent out West Hills Towing and Transport. My service technician was Jorge. He was absolutely amazing. He was kind and the service was quick and effective! He got my battery started right away!

I wish there was 0 stars We called to get our vintage car towed , which they towed with no problem two months ago. First we were told they would have time tomorrow, then later we were called back to be told that they didn’t want to do it because they didn’t want the hassle of moving it. The words exactly ”we don’t want the headache “ . My thoughts: towing cars always has a variable in it, if you think it’s a headache maybe you should get a new job. Terrible place
