My celica is over 20 years old and when my beloved vehicle got rear ended, I was in tears. I have NEVER had an accident. I brought the car over to West Shore Collision and the owner had all the confidence in assuring me that he would be able to fix my "ol, lady" and advocate with the insurance company. Steve knows his craft. He searched high and low to locate the parts for this car!! I am ecstatic with the results; he went above and beyond what I expected! People actually drove into the parking lot asking Steve it was for sale.

I picked up my car today, and I cannot articulate how thankful I am for West Shore Collision. Someone backed into me, and although the damage wasn’t much, it was another task to add to the overwhelming amount of things I needed to take care of. A family friend recommended West Shore, and I am glad I went there. West Shore let me drop my car off on my way to the airport and was flexible when my work trip was extended. I recently brought my car in on a Friday because I thought there was something wrong with my brakes. They were busy and told me they wouldn’t be able to work on the car until Monday. My concern was that I had an appointment Saturday morning. They put in the extra effort and I was able to pick my car up by the end of the day! So thankful to have found West Shore Collision!
