After months of working with them on providing bids for digging a trench, meeting at job site for over 2hrs, back and forth with documents, they “approved our bid” yet they didn’t start with what kind of insurance they need from us. We even paid to have the insurance they wanted but in the end they decided to do the work themselves since we didn’t want to pay for 5 years of the insurance they needed which would’ve costed additional $28,000 for digging a 2ftx2ft trench!!! If you’re going to consider working with this company start by asking their criteria for licensing and insurance before you end up wasting time and money like we have.
