My minivan had a recall of the side airbags. I picked up vehicle after the service was complete. I was given a receipt and told I "was good to go". I went and picked up my 2 grandchildren and went home. It was about 20 miles. I then brought my third grandchild home from school. The next day, I picked up my granddaughter and helped her into her car seat. The car seat moved and I realized it was not installed. I have car seat and all were not installed. I called the service manager, Felicia, to make her aware of this dangerous situation. She will not return my call.

We previously posted this review as it was asked of us. They sold me this car 8 months pregnant after a traumatic accident. It was a complete Lemon. Provided inaccurate car fax, we never knew there was an accident on the car. Within a few months the entire engine needed replacement as well as the AC system. All the windows stopped working. Incredibly overpriced and disappointing. They are notorious for this as we found out when we tried to resell. Stay away from all Westgate dealerships!

They helped us get a great car! The staff were all helpful and friendly. After our visit to test drive, they did call to follow up, but were not too pushy. They did request us to come in before the last day of the month, which was out of the way for us, but it worked out in the end. We mostly worked with the manager Sam, he was helpful and easy to talk to. He did not push us to buy a warranty.

Natasha the service clerk was friendly, helpful and professional. She was able to answer all our questions regarding our warranty coverage and possible duration of service. She made sure we understood what our deductible and rental reimbursement would be and gave an estimate of when we could expect the needed parts to start the necessary work on our vehicle.

Paul and Kate were extremely nice and very very accommodating to me and the family. Helped us get the vehicle we wanted at a good price. Super super thankfully for the experience they gave us. Highly recommend!
