Westgate Service Center

I've been taking my vehicles here for a couple years. I always wait until I have a few experiences with businesses to leave a review. I have always been treated courteously here. I have always been treated fairly here. Tony says if something is a problem that needs fixed, should be fixed, or is a suggestion, as well as why. The prices are not the cheapest or the most expensive. Personally I like that. I don't feel like I am getting ripped off, but I also don't feel like it is a shady low quality job. I always compare prices of parts and labor, and it is always below the average price, but not so low I feel they are incompetent. I plan to keep going here for all my vehicle needs.

Very disappointed with my experience. I brought my car in for a simple inspection, and while the staff were friendly at first, things quickly changed. After briefly checking under my car with a flashlight and tapping on something with a hammer, Tony came in and handed me a list of supposed issues totaling over $2,300 in repairs. What surprised me most was that some of the items on the list had just recently been fixed. I decided to get a second opinion and brought my car to another shop, and it passed inspection without any problem. It felt like I was being taken advantage of, possibly because I'm a woman. This experience left me feeling frustrated and mistrustful. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on how I was treated.

The whole team here is great. Quick to get you in and fixed. If he has to order a part its usually there within the hour. Always courteous and kind. Will always recommend them to people in town.

Went to get my car looked over because it was using a lot of oil and needed a new starter. Got charged $1400 for the starter and was told it burned oil because it was old. I took it to another garage after a couple weeks because it was running rough. Car needs a new $9000 engine .... Westgate could have found that out before there was more damage!!! Never going there again and will tell anyone who asks not to go there!

They’re always very prompt, friendly & they always try to save you money & do the best for a customer. I am very thankful I found them & Tony is absolutely great !!
