Matt helped me get a car and it was a very easy pleasurable experience. Would highly recommend this place to others. I had my 2 small children with me and there was things to entertain the kids they played golf and beanbag tossed and coloring. Offered my kids water and popcorn. Everyone was super friendly. Helped me come up with a good deal and a payment that worked within my budget. My new vehicle is very clean and I am very happy.

I recently got a Hyundai Tucson through them, and the entire process was easy and wonderful! Everybody was so nice and understanding of my situation. They worked with me no problem, and I felt very welcome. They’re very open and honest about everything, and they keep all their promises they say online! I came into Wheel City today in a very desperate situation looking for a car with a low down payment, bad credit, and as soon as possible! These guys were able to get me accepted and into a very nice vehicle all in the same day! If anyone is ever looking to get a new car these guys are amazing and will do their best to work with you given the circumstances. The whole process was easy from start to finish and everybody was extremely nice and explained everything. Any questions that I had got answered. I had went to a couple other dealerships before Wheel City and I was told that they would be able to work with me but then when I got there, they told me I needed to put $4,000 down or have a cosigner. I'll admit that when Wheel City called me, I thought they were going to be the same as all the other dealerships that I had been too that supposedly work with bad credit and I was completely wrong. Very pleasantly surprised at how easy they make the process. I never felt pressured, and everything that was asked of me was reasonable. I am now proudly driving a "new" car from Wheel City and I recommend that anyone with less-than-perfect credit give them a try.
