I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Wheel Works. Gilbert Granados was  professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Gilbert explained everything clearly before I left. I truly appreciate his honesty and attention to detail. Highly recommend their service!

Jasper was super helpful and set clear expectations for my visit. I pulled in with a screw newly in my tire and slowly losing air. He let me know they could help, we just had to wait for a free tech and bay for my car. Even with the wait, I was out in under an hour!

I needed to replace my front tires on my 2019 Tesla Model S. I called ahead of time and talked with Jasper who was able to acquire a set of two Michelin Cross Climate 2 (245/45 R19) and schedule me to come in the next following day. I came in at 8am, they had the tires ready and was able to rotate and balance the rear tires to the front and mount/balance the new tires and install them in the rear. All of this was done within a hour. Great service. I would recommend coming back here again.

My son’s Toyota Tacoma truck picked up a nail in the rear tire. I really appreciate the advice from Gil when I brought the vehicle in. He was honest about the condition of the tires. While they were not worn out, they should be replaced soon due to age. The tire was fixed in a few hours and Gil gave me a heads up about the next big tire sale event. That kind of customer care is hard to come by these days. Kudos to Gil and for the Wheel Works team at the White Oaks location!

Wheel works has always assisted me when comes to routine maintenance, they are quick to respond to any other issues that might arise. Manager Jesper is especially helpful.
