Whistle Express Car Wash

I have been a customer for over six months. I have to assume they were recently acquired by a venture capital firm based off of what I experienced today or must have read “Buy then Build” and figured they knew how to successfully acquire a company. They raised their prices over 30% and there was no formal communication to the customers. Not only that, they expect you to pay $39 a month or $390 a year with no discount for a 12 month commitment. After talking with the kid at the front desk, he told me they haven’t even received raises yet. It’s pretty obvious to me that this company is solely focused on the money. What makes matters worse is I just paid $39 for one wash. They didn’t have any detailing supplies outside or readily available inside. Their mat cleaners were completely frozen and

This is my 2nd time of going to this car wash, car wash is powerful, has spin brushes that wash the front to the back of your car and does all the foam and wax for you well you sit in your car, and cleans under your car and puts shinner on your tires depending on the wash you get i opted in for there membership and dont regret it , they also provide for you to vacuum your vehicle after washing your car as well as air pressure to clean those air vents in your car or dust on your dashboard. And lastly they also have rags and spray for you to really shine your car up I would highly recommend this car wash as I waited over 3 months after getting all that salt, etc. On my car it had no problem getting it off!

Happened to show up on a free day. Unexpected and great. The attendant was super polite and the wash was good. I will be back.

The staff was very friendly and I appreciate that they offered a free wash to new customers as a new business. I love cleaning the interior of my car on my own so their model really works for me. They’re a bit more costly than the last place but I’d still come back.
